Personal Data Processing Policy 1. General. This Personal Data Processing Policy complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures for ensuring the security of personal data by IMPER Group (the "Operator"). The Operator's most important purpose and condition for carrying out their activity is to observe the rights and freedoms of a human and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy. This Policy of the Operator regarding personal data processing (the "Policy") applies to all information the Operator can get about visitors to the website  http://sessiondesign.ru.   2. Key terms and definitions. Personal data automated processing is the processing of personal data using computer technology. Blocking of personal data is temporary cessation of personal data processing (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data). Website is a set of graphic and information materials, software and databases ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address  http://sessiondesign.ru. Personal data information system is a set of personal data accumulated in databases and information technologies and devices that support their processing. Anonymization of personal data is actions performed on personal data that do not permit the identity of the individual concerned to be verified solely from such anonymized data. Personal data processing means performing any action (operation) or sets of actions (operations) with respect to personal data including the following: collect, record, systemise, gather, store, update, alter, extract, use, transfer (distribution, provide access), depersonalise, disable, delete, destroy with and without the use of personal data automated processing systems. Operator is a state agency, municipal authority, legal entity or individual who independently or in cooperation with other entities organizes and/or performs personal data processing as well as determines the purposes and scope of personal data processing. Personal data is any information that is related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user of http://sessiondesign.ru. User is any visitor of website http://sessiondesign.ru. Providing personal data means actions related to making the data available to a certain individual or a group of individuals. Personal data distribution is any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to the public (personal data transfer) or for review for an unlimited number of individuals including disclosing personal data in the media, posting on telecommunication networks or making personal data available in any other manner. Cross-border transfer of personal data means cross-border transfer of personal data to a foreign state agency, foreign legal entity or individual located in a foreign state. Destruction of personal data is any actions leading to irrevocable destruction of personal data with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or result in the destruction of personal data physical storage media.   3. Purposes of data processing The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails, give the User access to services, information and/or materials available on the website. The Operator also has the right to notify the User of new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator at mail@personalimage.ru under subject "Unsubscribe me from notifications of new products and services and special offers." Anonymized data of the User being collected by Internet statistics services is used to get information about the User activities on the website and improve the quality of the website and its content.   5. Legal bases for personal data processing The Operator processes the User personal data only if the User fills out the information form at the website and/or fills out the contact form at http://sessiondesign.ru. By filling out appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy. The Operator processes anonymized User data if the User browser settings allow it (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).   6. Personal data collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing The security of personal data being processed by the Operator is ensured by taking legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with personal data protection laws. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access. The personal data of the User under no circumstances will be transferred to third parties unless required to do so by law. If the personal data is inaccurate, the User can update it by sending a notification to the Operator to mail@personalimage.ru under subject "Personal Data Update". The term of personal data processing is limitless. The User can withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending the Operator a personal data consent withdrawal to mail@personalimage.ru under subject "Personal Data Processing Consent Withdrawal".   7. Cross-border transfer of personal data The Operator, prior to cross-border transfer of personal data, shall make sure that the foreign state, where personal data is supposed to be transferred, provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign territories that do not meet the above requirements are permissible only with the written consent of the personal data subject and/or execution of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.   8. Final provisions The User may get clarification on any issues regarding personal data processing by contacting the Operator by e-mail to mail@personalimage.ru. This document will contain any changes in the Personal Data Processing Policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced with a new version.
